Our Lavender Essential Oil is 100% pure - extracted by steam distillation from our own lavender plants. It has a wonderful fragrance and can help with insomnia, headaches and tension. The oil is mildly antiseptic and can be used for spots, stings, small burns, bruises, blisters and athlete’s foot.

To help get a good nights sleep put a few drops on a hankerchief next to your pillow. For the best relaxing bath at the end of a busy day, just add 8 to 10 drops to the bath water.
