Our culinary lavender is from our own lavender angustifolia variety, imparting a softer flavour than most types. It is specially sieved for food use. Some small pieces of stalk and leaf may remain but they will do no harm. One sachet is about 160mls, so you get about 10 flatish tablespoons per sachet.

The lavender is packed in a cellophane bag.
