OPENING DATES FOR THE FARM AND DISTILLERY: 13TH MAY TO 21ST SEPTEMBER 2008

The Lavender Farm is one of the most enjoyable, relaxing and educational ways to spend a couple hours of your holiday time in Jersey.

We are only a few minutes drive from the beaches at St. Brelade, St. Ouen and Portlet, Corbiere Lighthouse, the shops in Red Houses and only a 5 minute journey from the airport so you can fit us into your sight-seeing schedule very easily.

The highlights of a visit to the farm are:

- The Distillery, where you can watch and learn about the fascinating processes of extracting essential oils from plants.

- 9 acres of stunning swathes of lavender, in full flower from early June to late July/early August.

- Sprigs Café, serving home-made full English breakfasts, lunches, teas and a delicious array of cakes, including our Lavender & Strawberry Gateau. All made with fresh local ingredients. To view a sample menu click here.

- Sprigs Shop, offering all our farm-made products and many other lavender-themed items and gifts. Most of these items can be found in our on-line shop. Use the Go Shopping bar at the header of this page.

- Beautiful gardens with a wide variety of plants, trees, herbs and bamboos, and an informative Woodland Walk.
