Set in the lavender farm gardens, Sprigs Café serves a wide range of original and delicious home-made, wholesome food using fresh local ingredients. Sprigs Shop has a range of exclusive gifts as well as our Jersey Lavender range of products.

Sprigs is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm until December 20th 2008

N.B. We are now licensed and serve a selection of red, white & rose wines, bottled beers and a locally made cider. We also have a takeaway food service.

A summary of our winter menu:

Breakfast and Brunch (all day) - English, Vegi, American pancakes, muffin stack, porridge and much more besides.

Hot Rolls- Fresh Portuguese rolls with hot fillings. Club, American, Cajun Chicken, BLT, Chicken Caesar, Roast Beef and others. Take away available.

Melting Panninis - Freshly made to order with fillings such as Brie, Bacon and Cranberry Home-cooked Honey-glazed Ham, Cheddar and Tomato Roast veg, Mozarella and pesto Chicken, Bacon and Cheddar, to name but a few.

Winter Lunch Dishes - Home cooked ham, chips and eggs, Lavender sausages & caramelised onions, Jersey Bean Crock, Fireside Lamb casserole, Dude Ranch beef stew, Chicken & wild mushroom risotto.

Winter Puddings - Lavender & Orange poached pears, Creme Brulee, Steamed Treacle Sponge Pudding, Chocolate brownie & vanilla ice cream, Home made ice creams.

Tea Time: Jersey Cream Tea with scones, Toasted Tea Cake with Jersey butter and we have a wide selection of home-made cakes, biscuits, pastries and puddings that are baked daily on the premises, including our famous Lavender & Strawberry Gateau.

Hot Drinks: - Selection of teas (including herbal and decaf varieties), coffees (cappuccino, mochaccino, latte, expresso) and creamy hot chocolate.

As far as possible, we do try and consider vegetarian and/or gluten-free requirements. If in doubt, please ask the Chef.
