Set in our peaceful, sunny gardens Sprigs Café serves a wide range of original and delicious home-made food using fresh local ingredients.
Sprigs is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and at the weekend from 9am to 5pm (for delicious breakfasts) -see Visit the Farm for info.

N.B. We are now licensed and serve a selection of red & white wine, rose and beer.
Breakfast and Brunch (all day) - English, Vegi, American pancakes, muffins, fresh tropical fruit and much more besides.
Sandwiches - Freshly made to order, with a variety of mouth-watering fillings and a salad side. Served on white, brown or granary. Club sandwiches (triple layer) also available.
Melting Panninis - Freshly made to order with fillings such as Brie, Bacon and Cranberry; Home-cooked Honey-glazed Ham, Cheddar and Tomato; Roast veg, Mozarella and pesto; Chicken, Bacon and Cheddar, to name but a few. Served with a side salad.
Salads - Specially created by our Chef, our salads are unique and very popular. 'Lavender Picker's Ploughman's, 'Jersey Salad' (freshly picked Jersey crab, prawns, warm Jersey Royals), Sunshine Salad (V), and Goats Cheese Salad with lavender (V) are amongst the favourites.
Other: Home-made soup, quiches, burger & chips and a wide range Specials.
Kiddies Menu: Irresistable - but healthy - choices for breakfast, lunch and tea!
Tea Time: Jersey Cream Tea with scones, Toasted Tea Cake with Jersey butter and we have a wide selection of home-made cakes, biscuits, pastries and puddings that are baked daily on the premises, including our famous 'Lavender & Strawberry Gateau'.
Hot Drinks: - Selection of teas (including herbal and decaf varieties), coffees (cappuccino, mochaccino, latte, expresso) and creamy hot chocolate.
Cold Drinks: - Lavender and Strawberry lemonade, milkshakes, still or sparkling water, iced tea, fresh Jersey milk, Copella and Tropicana fruit juices, lemonade, Pepsi, Fanta etc.
Ice Creams: - 'Lavender Sundae' or 'Chocolate Pig Out' or scoops of Jersey ice-cream in a range of flavours including our home-made variety.
As far as possible, we do try and consider vegetarian and/or gluten-free requirements. If in doubt, please ask the Chef.
