Gift Certificates make the perfect gift because they allow the recipent to choose exactly what they want from our great range of products. There is a choice of an E-Mail Gift Certificate (free delivery) and a Paper Gift Certificate. Both certificates are available in multiples of £1.00, and can be easily redeemed against items in the online shop or at the farm shop & cafe. Both types of  certificate can be sent to the purchaser or another recipient. Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions apply.

You have received a Jersey Lavender Gift Certificate?

If you have received a Gift Certificate by e-mail or as a paper version, it is very easy to redeem it against goods in our on-line shop, by a postal mail order or even in our Farm Shop.

To redeem a certificate in the on-line shop

1. Simply select the products that you would like from the on-line shop, adding them to your Basket. Be aware that the on-line shop product prices do not include the post & packing.

2. Once you are happy with the items in your basket, proceed to the checkout as you would do for any regular purchase. If you don't already have one you will need to create an account, input the billing and delivery addresses and login to this account.
 
3. On the Checkout page out you can verify the delivery name and address. Also on this page there is an "Offer Code" box. Enter the Gift Certificate Code exactly as it appears on the certificate and click the "Submit" button alaongside. This will deduct the value of the Gift Certificate from the value of goods and show the total amount due, including postage and packing.

Click on the Continue button to take you to the final stage.

If the value of your Gift Certificate is the same or greater than the amount due, then no extra money needs to be paid and you will be taken to the order confirmation page.

If the value of your Gift Certificate is less than the amount due, then the balance must be paid by credit/debit card.

Please note: Gift Certificates can only be used once and we are unable to give refunds/credit on any amount left unused. We strongly recommend redeeming the full value of your Gift Certificate at the checkout.

To redeem a certificate by post simply send a completed mail order form, or write, telling us what products you would like and include the certificate.

To redeem a certificate at the Farm Shop simply present the certificate at the till when you purchase your goods. Please be patient - we will need to verify the certificate before it can be used.
