Ordering Help

We have tried to construct a website that is simple to use. However, should there be any points that are unclear, please do get in touch with us through the Contact Us section.

How to buy online - to place and pay for an order:

1. Choosing your items

Click the Go Shopping button and select the product range that you require. You will then be presented with a list of products to choose from. You can also use the search facility on the top left hand side - type in a word or part of a word to help you find your product. 

From here you can put a single item (you can change quantity later) into your basket by clicking "Add”. Alternatively you can "View Details" and put more than one unit of an item into your basket. Each time you add anything to your basket, it's contents are displayed and, at this point you, can alter it's contents by using the "Update" and "Remove" buttons. Use "Continue Shopping" for more items or use the Go Shopping on the top navigation bar. Use "Checkout" to complete your purchase. The contents of your basket and their value (excl. Post and Packing) are also displayed on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Accounts

To progress your order click on "Checkout". At this point, if you are not logged into your account you will need to do so by entering your e-mail address and a password. If you do not have an account you will need to "Register" a new account.

The purpose of an account is that it allows you to store your address details securely with us, view details of your order history  and see the status of your order within our system. In registering an account you will need to provide us with a billing address, e-mail address (this address will be where we will send your order confirmation) and the delivery name and address  for your order. These details can be changed at any time by logging-in to "My Account". If you have concerns about security & privacy in having an account, please click here for further information.

3. Checkout

Once logged in, on the "Checkout" page you can review the full details of your order including the post & packing charges based on the delivery country. If applicable you can also redeem an Offer Code or Gift Certificate (See Gifts below) with your order. You can also input any "Special Instructions" and a "Gift Message" on this page. Once everything is correct click "Continue".

4. Payment

The next page is a credit/debit card payment page hosted by SECpay - note the all-important padlock icon in the bottom right corner or alongside the address bar in IE.7. We do not store or have access to your credit card details that you input. Enter your card details in full and click "Confirm Purchase".

Since 10th May 2007 we have signed up to the 3-D secure system of on-line card payments. This system will become the worldwide standard and builds in extra security measures for internet payments. Other names for this system are Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or J/Secure.

If your card issuer is enrolled in this scheme then you may be asked for additional security information to verify your transaction. All these steps are carried out on a secure page hosted by SECpay. We do not have access to this information.

Please wait for the payment process to complete. Once complete an order confirmation page will be displayed that you can print for your records. Also an order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. TO RECEIVE THIS E-MAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY US WITH AN ACTIVE AND CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Connect, Switch, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

All prices are in GB Pound sterling. If you order from abroad the invoice total will be converted into your local currency by your credit/debit card company at their exchange rate on the day. Your bank may make additional charges for this service, which we are not able to refund. If you wish to check the approximate exchange rate please use this link to the Yahoo Currency Converter.

5. Dispatch & Tracking your Order

Your order will usually be despatched within 48 hours, and should arrive a within a week.

You can check the status of your order through our systems by Logging into your account and viewing "My Order History". Initially it's status will be "New Order". Once it has left our premises it becomes "Dispatched".

International Orders - USA/Canada and all others outside Europe

At the Checkout, if the delivery country is outside Europe the phrase "If you do not already have an overseas Post & Packing delivery quote code to use, you must obtain one by clicking HERE" comes up. Click the HERE link and a "Request a Quote" page is opened. Check the details and then click "Submit". This will send a copy of your order to us. We will provide a post & packing delivery quote as soon as we can along with a unique Post & Packing Delivery Quote Code.

If you would like to accept the post & packing delivery quote quote please reselect your products - It is important that you only select the products that we have quoted the P&P for. At the "Checkout" page, insert the unique Post & Packing Delivery Code into the Offer/Gift Certificate/P&P Quote Code box, and press "Submit". This will automatically add the agreed and quoted Post & Packing cost to your order. From there click "Continue" at the bottom to proceed to the final payment stage of your order.

If you bypass the "Request a Quote" system and proceed anyway, an order will be raised (and your card debited with the product value) without any post & packing cost. Unless you have specified in the "Special Instructions" that we should dispatch the order and charge you the necessary post & packing cost, it is our policy to provide you with a post & packing quote for you to authorize BEFORE we can dispatch any goods to you.

6. Gifts

You can also send your order as a gift to a separate delivery address. We can provide a lavender card, FREE OF CHARGE, with a message of your choice. For more details on this service, click here.

7. What if there is a problem with my order? 

If there are any problems we will contact you by e-mail and advise you of your options. Until we can contact you and/or the problems are resolved we may not be able to dispatch your order, so it is important to login to your e-mail account on a regular basis.
