Ordering Help

We have tried to construct a website that is simple to use. However, should there be any points that are unclear, please do get in touch with us through the Contact Us section.

How to buy online - to place and pay for an order:

1. Choosing your items

Click the Go Shopping button on the menu bar and select the product range that you require. Alternatively, you can select a range from the list on the right hand side of the home page. You will then be presented with a list of products to choose from. You can also use the search facility on the top left hand side - type in a word or part of a word to help you find your product. 

From the list of products you can put a single item (you can change the quantity later) into your basket by clicking "Add". Alternatively you can "View Details" and put more than one unit of an item into your basket. Each time you add anything to your basket, it''''''''s contents are displayed and, at this point you, can alter it''''''''s contents by using the "Update" and "Remove" buttons. Use "Continue Shopping" for more items or use the Go Shopping on the top navigation bar. Use "Checkout" to complete your purchasing. The contents of your basket and their value (excl. Post and Packing) are also displayed on the left hand side of the screen.

Please be advised that our prices do not include any element of VAT, or any other duties. For UK orders, VAT will be added to your order. For other destinations, it is possible that the customs & excise authorities may levy such charges at their discretion. We regret that we cannot refund such charges.

2. Accounts

To progress your order click on "Checkout". At this point, You can either log into your account with your e-mail address and your account password OR register a new account OR proceed without registering at all.

An account allows you to store your address details securely with us, view details of your order history and see the status of your order within our system. Some people find these facilities helpful. In registering an account you will need to provide us with a billing address, e-mail address (this address will be where we will send your order confirmation) and the delivery name and address for your order. These details can be changed at any time by logging-in to "My Account". If you have concerns about security & privacy in having an account, please click here for further information.

If you wish to proceed without registering, you will be required to give your name, e-mail address to which we will send an order confirmation and billing and delivery addresses. You do not HAVE to set up an account.

3. Checkout

Once logged in or delivery details are given, on the "Checkout" page you can review the full details of your order including the post & packing charges based on the delivery country. You can also input any "Special Instructions" and a "Gift Message" on this page. Once everything is correct click "Continue" in the bottom right hand corner.

If the delivery address is outside Europe (USA/Canada and other areas) please see below.

4. Payment

The next page is a credit/debit card payment page hosted by - note the all-important padlock icon in the bottom right corner or alongside the address bar in many browsers denotes that the site is secure. We do not store or have access to your credit card details that you input.
If paying by credit/debit card - we accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Connect, Switch, Maestro and American Express - enter your card details in full and click "Confirm Purchase".

We also accept payment via PayPal. Select the PayPal payment option from the pull-down list and you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Here you will need to log into your PayPal account, and confirm the purchase.

Please wait for the payment process to complete. Once complete, an order confirmation page will be displayed that you can print for your records. Also an order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. TO RECEIVE THIS E-MAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY US WITH AN ACTIVE AND CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS. SOMETIMES, WE HAVE FOUND THAT SERVERS BLOCK ORDER CONFIRMATIONS, BELIEVING THAT THEY ARE "SPAM". TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO RECEIVE THEM, PLEASE ALLOW THE EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR EMAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

All prices are in GB Pound sterling. If you order from abroad the invoice total will be converted into your local currency by your credit/debit card company at their exchange rate on the day. Your bank may make additional charges for this service, which we are not able to refund. If you wish to check the approximate exchange rate please use this link to the Yahoo Currency Converter.

5. Dispatch & Tracking your Order

Your order will usually be despatched within 48 hours, and should arrive a within a week.

If you have registered an account with us, you can check the status of your order through our systems by Loging into your account and viewing "My Order History". Initially its status will be "New Order". Once it has left our premises it becomes "Dispatched".

International Orders - USA/Canada and all others outside Europe

At the Checkout, if the delivery country is outside Europe the phrase "If you do not already have an overseas Post & Packing delivery quote code to use, you must obtain one by clicking "HERE" comes up. Click the HERE link and a "Request a Quote" page is opened. Check the details and then click "Submit". This will send a copy of your order to us. We will provide a post & packing delivery quote as soon as we can along with a unique Post & Packing Delivery Quote Code.

If you would like to accept the post & packing delivery quote you will need to reselect your products - It is important that you only select the products that we have quoted the P&P for. At the "Checkout" page, insert the unique 
P&P quote code in the indicated box and this will add in the agreed post and packing cost. For there simply continue with the processing of your order all the way through the payment page.

If you place an international order without requesting a Post & packing quote, the order will be transacted and paid for with zero post & packing. In this situation we will advise you of this, and supply a post & packing quote for you to approve, before we dispatch the goods. Your payment card will then be deucted with the agreed post & packing cost.
