VAT, GST & Excise Duties
Please note that our prices DO NOT INCLUDE any element of Value Added Tax, Jersey GST or duty. For UK orders VAT will be added to the product value and postage at the official rate at the time. For non-UK orders the authorities in the country of destination of the goods may, at their discretion, charge a Sales Tax or an Excise Duty which we regret we are not able to refund.
For deliveries within the island of Jersey a 5% local goods and services tax (GST) will be added to the order value.
Pricing & Availability
VAT, GST or Post & Packing is not included in the individual item price of any of our goods.
All prices are all in British Pound Sterling (£) and all orders will be transacted in this currency. If you are ordering from abroad, the total value of your order including the post and packing will be applied to your credit card in British Pounds (£). The amount will automatically be debited from your card in your own currency at an exchange rate selected by your credit card company on the day of the transaction. We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However on occasions we can experience shortages. If this happens with an item on your order we will communicate with you and discuss the options available.
Goods advertised on the site are subject to price change without notice. Generally prices are reviewed each calendar year.
Guarantee, Returns & Complaints
We guarantee to replace goods that are lost in the post or arrive damaged.
Under distance selling regulations, you can cancel an order and return the items for a full refund of the value of products. If you are returning an item which is not faulty then the post & packing cost that you originally paid to have the order delivered to you is non-refundable.
To cancel an order please Contact Us within seven days of receipt of the items and quote your order number. Any returned items must be unopened, unused and you must take reasonable care of them.
If you believe that an item that you received is faulty, please Contact Us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed.
If you wish to complain about our products or services, please Contact Us and we will listen to your comments sympathetically, and try to resolve the issue within 48 hrs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address that you provide with your account and the order is not accepted by us until you receive the confirmation. It is important that the e-mail address is correct and that your mailbox is functioning.

These conditions of business are governed and construed according to Jersey law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
